THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED BY NZ POLICE THROUGH OFFICIAL INFORMATION ACT REQUEST As you can see these letter are written by "Head of Quality Management"; hardly a qualified professional title, from the manufacturing company, Securetec. The letters are also badly outdated from 2016, 2018 and 2019!
